CT 19 is a high-quality primer designed for absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. It creates an abrasive bonding layer that improves adhesion before applying leveling screeds, putty, tiles, and more. Suitable for smooth, difficult, and non-absorbent surfaces such as concrete, OSB boards, ceramic tiles, and mosaics. Solvent-free, fast-drying, and thixotropic—does not run on vertical surfaces.
